There is, however, that one point in the year where our bills are due and the costs to maintain this site amount to roughly $350 per year. That includes webhosting fees for VX, the message board and the newsletter costs among others. We always strive to offer you the best service possible and try to utilize cost-free features wherever possible, but sometimes, especially in the case of our newsletter, we’ve had to resort to paid-for and hence more reliable services. 

We’ve all felt the economic strain on our pockets lately and realize that these days almost everyone is running on a tight budget. Please note that no amount is too small and we are greatly appreciative for any and all donations.
